The office is located in the Providence St Vincent Professional Plaza. Ample parking, and valet parking for the disabled, is available directly across from the plaza.

From the West:
Merge on to State Highway 26 going east. Exit to the
right onto Barnes Rd. Move into the right lane and turn right
onto Barnes Rd. At the second traffic light, turn left into the 
East Pavilion Parking Lot. Park and proceed to the Hospital.

From the East:
Merge onto State Highway 26 going west. Take exit
69 B, Barnes Rd. Turn right. Move into the right lane and turn
right onto Barnes Rd. At the second traffic light, turn left into
the East Pavilion Parking Lot. Park here and enter the hospital.

From the East Pavilion Parking:
Take the elevator to the ground level floor. Enter the hospital at east entrance. You will see a fountain to your
right. Once in the hospital, proceed to the elevators directly ahead. Ride the elevator to the fourth floor and exit to the left.
